It’s simple really, the Amish have a known history of passing down quality craftsmanship to their children. Lavern Raber started building furniture & cabinets at the age of 14 years old. Lavern is extremely dedicated to quality and creativity, he holds his cabinet factory to the highest standards. He starts his day at 4AM, after the animals are fed. The factory generator is fired up just before 6AM and the parking lot is full of little black buggies and the day has begun.
A family tradition
In 1973, Herbert Raber started the first cabinet factory in Indiana’s Southern Amish Community; he and his sons built custom cabinets & furniture. Later his son, Lavern focused the company on cabinets, and now Lavern and his three oldest sons run the family business.
